There has been a lot of speculation as to the veracity of rumors that surfaced months ago that Chima Anyaso, PDP candidate for Bende House of Representatives secretly visited OUK at a hospital in Germany to beg for his support.
When the story emerged, Chima Anyaso categorically denied it despite the insistence of Dr. Orji Kalu’s aides who claimed to have CCTV footage of Mr. Anyaso on his knees pleading for Dr. Kalu’s support.
However, in an address to all the traditional rulers of Bende this morning, Dr. Kalu confirmed that Chima Anyaso did indeed secretly visit him while he was hospitalized in Germany to plead for his support as well as spy for information for the PDP camp.
This is one of the many instances in the recent past where Chima Anyaso’s integrity has been called into question.
You will recall that shortly after Chima Anyaso was said to have left Germany, rumors began to be circulated by PDP supporters that Dr. Kalu had died in Germany.
