In a bid to recover all illegally acquired properties, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says it will pursue the trial of late former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, to a logical conclusion. This means the anti-graft body will likely confiscate the deceased properties despite his unfortunate death. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Friday said its Enugu Zonal Office, on Thursday, December 20 intercepted $2.8million (approx. N1billion) from two people, suspected to be money launderers, at Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu.
