Following the presentation of the 2021 budget estimates by President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday, Rep. Benjamin Okezie Kalu (BOK), House of Reps spokesperson and member representing Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State, went to appreciate the Chief Whip of the senate, Dr Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) at his Abuja residence, for all his efforts in positively influencing a lot of projects for the people in the new budget. They two legislators were seen entering into closed talks to discuss other political issues including the coming local government elections in Bende, among other things.
Responding to our correspondents, Rep. Kalu said,
“The synergy in team work under the leadership of our big brother and leader has an amazing outcome. Abia north is united for a better purpose. We must join hands to make our area greater because the development of our people can only result from collaborative effort.”
