The Concerned Christian Youth Forum (CCYF) has declared full support for the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in its renewed call for justice over the killings and persecution of Christians across the country.

Speaking through a statement released in Abuja on Friday, the Convener of CCYF, James Paul Adama, said it’s time for the Nigerian government and the international community to stop pretending and face the truth.

According to him, even people outside the country are beginning to speak up and stand with Nigerian Christians – a sign that no amount of paid propaganda can hide the ongoing bloodshed.

“From 2010 till now, even President Bola Tinubu himself once called for an end to these brutal killings,” Adama recalled.

The CCYF pointed to growing global outrage, with senators from different countries now raising their voices against what they described as “atrocious acts” against Christians in Nigeria.

Just a few days ago, fans of the Romanian national football team held up a massive banner during a World Cup Qualifier match. The message? Solidarity with Nigeria’s persecuted Christians.

“This is not just a Nigerian cry anymore. The world is watching. The world is speaking,” Adama said.

He warned those still trying to twist the narrative to protect the killers, saying history would remember them as enablers of a silent genocide.

Adama also issued a strong warning to those pushing false narratives to cover up the truth. He mentioned a recent online saga involving a certain Mr. Arnold and a known social media figure accused of trying to downplay the killings.

“These lies are falling apart in public. The people behind them will not escape accountability. The truth will always come out.”

He described these propaganda efforts as “a dangerous game” that cannot silence the blood of innocent Christians being shed in different parts of the country.
