The Member Representing Bende Federal Constituency and Spokesperson of the House, Rep. Benjamin Kalu rounded up his House-to-House Consultation Group with Community Leaders across communities in the 13 wards of Bende Federal Constituency on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Bende Town which also happens to be his ward.
The Honorable Member was received with a resounding ovation by the massive crowd who trooped to Bende Central School singing, dancing and chanting his name in expression of how proud he has made them.
The Community Leaders which includes the Chairmen, Women and Youth Leaders were all on ground as Rep. Kalu arrived with his entourage.
While speaking to them, the Representative expressed immense gratitude to the Leaders of Bende Ward who he referred to as his own, he thanked them deeply for the unalloyed support they have given him right from his first day in politics. He recalled the many years he has tried before 2019 and how they have not relented in their support to him.
Rep. Kalu went further to inform them that he is gradually making sure that they enjoy the fruits of their labour without missing anyone. He took time to list the number of projects that has been attracted to the ward in just three years in office while mentioning some other projects yet to commence.
He assured them that his dedication to transforming Bende is one that cannot be shaken by anyone even through any attacks adding that he is standing firm in his resolve to bring light to the entire Bende Federal Constituency. Rep. Kalu went further to present them with the materials which he said were supposed to be used for the Christmas celebrations if not for his absence to be with family.
