The Member representing Bende Federal Constituency and Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Rep. Benjamin Kalu has congratulated Chief Justice Onuoha Arisa Kalu Ogwe as he bows out as the Chief Justice of Abia State today, October 26, 2022.
Rep. Kalu who was physically present at the ceremony held at the Abia State High Court also unveiled the book ‘Readings in the Symbol and Substance of Justice‘ authored by outgoing Chief Justice Ogwe which he described as a very timely piece for every lawyer and the Judicial system in the nation.
In his congratulatory message, the Spokesperson expressed delight in celebrating Chief Justice stating that his track record has made a significant impact in the state and will surely stand the test of time. He stressed that Bende is truly proud to have a great mind like him in it.
While wishing him a fulfilling retirement, the Lawmaker prayed for the Almighty God to keep him in good health as he continues his journey through life.

Today marks the pinnacle of your remarkable service on the bench having served the State diligently through the years. It is not in doubt that your tenure has had significant impact, and will surely stand the test of time. As your record speaks, There is no question that you have inscribed your name in the sands of time. Indeed, Bende is blessed to have a brilliant mind like yours.
On this special day as you take this worthy bow, I join your family, friends, well wishers and the entire Abia State to wish you a fulfilling journey through life. May your days ahead be filled with peace and more prosperity.
