The Member representing Bende Federal Constituency Rep. Benjamin Kalu celebrates Prof. Victor Ukaogo, a Professor of History and International Relations at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, describing him as one of the great minds of Bende.
Rep. Kalu in a press statement expressed delight in celebrating the academic who has been a strong supporter to his mandate, appreciating him for his support over the years while congratulating him on his achievements in the education sector.
While wishing him a happy birthday, the Representative prayed that God grants him more wisdom and long life in his journey through life.

Prof. Ukaogo, you are unarguably one of Bende’s brightest stars in the academic sphere, and always demonstrated relentlessly, your passion for the growth and development of Bende. Your commitment to the work we do especially through the Bende education committee is unequalled.
