Ndiwo Rejoice as Rep. Benjamin Kalu Commissions three Classroom blocks in Ndiwo Community School, Itumbauzo

The Member representing Bende Federal Constituency commissioned three classroom blocks recently completed at Ndiwo, Itumbauzo in Bende Federal Constituency.

In a welcome speech by the Headmistress of the School, Mrs. Felicia Ogbonnaya Kalu Nta, appreciated the honorable member for remembering the NDIWO Community school, she mentioned that the students before now were subjected to learning in uncomfortable environment and harsh conditions owing to the state of the buildings, adding that with the new classroom blocks, they are hopeful for massive impact in learning and development of the students.

Also speaking at the commissioning was the President General of the Ndiwo Community, Mr. Raphel Jerome, in his address applauded the Representative for coming to their aid at a time it was needed  the most, he added that for almost three years there has not been any single construction in Ndiwo Community through various administrations. He further commended the lawmaker for the ongoing construction of the Itumbauzo road.

Rep. Kalu in his joyful manner, sang as he led the community to officially commission the building. He acknowledged the participation of the Itumbauzo people in democracy over the years.

He said;

‘The Itumbauzo people have always participated in democracy and voting for good governance. This administration has therefore decided to reward them for their steadfast. Through roads, education, health and all other areas.’

He promised Itumbauzo people that this will not be the last project for the community as he is working to ensure that more projects are attracted. While encouraging them to keep supporting the party APC who made all of these possible.

“I urge you to continue supporting President, Muhammadu Buhari, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, and the All Progressive Congress (APC) as we ensure that life is better for the people in rural communities”

He dedicated the school to God, praying that it will provide greater men and women from the community.

In his words;

“Today, I dedicate this place not in my name but in the name of God almighty who had sent me, and has blessed Itumbauzo. All the students who would pass through this school will be bigger than me, their names will be heard, I commission it in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit “
