The Speaker, House of Representatives, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila while delivering his opening address at the just concluded capacity building training for the House Committee members on Media and Public Affairs took time to eulogize the Chairman of the Committee, Rep. Benjamin Kalu.

In his words;

“I want to particularly commend the media committee of the 9th NASS, but let me use the chairman as a point of contact. He is a chairman who continues to think outside the box and who is taking this media committee to a towering height like never before in the national assembly. His capacity, his ability, his competence, his passion and that of the committee and the rest of the committee remains unparalleled in the history of media committee of the house of representatives”.

The training which was organized by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in partnership of the National Institute of Legislative and Development Studies (NILDS) and the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs on the 1st and 2nd of November, 2021 at Fraser Suites, CBD Abuja is aimed at equipping the members of the committee with more knowledge to enhance their service to the activities of the house and the country at large.
