The spokesperson expressed his pleasure while celebrating the Hon. Speaker, appreciating him for his commitment to good governance which has yielded remarkable results in the 9th House of Representatives, adding that the speaker has raised the bar of registration not just in Nigeria but in Africa and beyond. He said:
‘As the Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, you have redefined legislation and lifted the bar for parliamentary practice not just in Nigeria but Africa and beyond. The House has recorded remarkable achievements as a result of your commitment to nation-building and good governance’
He prayed for more wisdom and an increase in capacity as the speaker celebrates this special day. He wished him more impact and fulfillment in the coming years.

It is with great pleasure that I join the world to celebrate on this special day, the Honourable Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila, a selfless servant and an effective leader; a man blessed with enormous wisdom and passion for our nation and whose leadership is anchored firmly on fairness and justice.
As German writer Jean Paul Ritcher once said, “our birthdays are feathers in the broad wing of time.” Mr. Speaker, your 59 years of existence so far, have added a colourful plume of character, integrity, service, and patriotism to Nigeria’s history. As the Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, you have redefined legislation and lifted the bar for parliamentary practice not just in Nigeria but in Africa and beyond. The House has recorded remarkable achievements as a result of your commitment to nation-building and good governance.
Today as you celebrate your 59th birthday, on behalf of Bende Federal Constituency, I pray that you continue to increase in wisdom and strength, and may the coming years be filled with more impact and fulfillment.
