    National Association of Nigerian Students South East applauds APC leadership for nominating Rep. Ben Kalu as Deputy Speaker

    Following the official announcement on the zoning formula for the 10th National Assembly Leadership, the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) appreciated the Leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for nominating Reps Spokesperson and Member Representing Bende Federal Constituency Rep. Benjamin Kalu for the Office of the Deputy Speaker.

    In a statement signed by the Secretary in the Southeast, Comr. Frank Eme Orji, the association thanked the party for deeming it fit to choose a man of competence and capacity to represent the Southeast in the leadership of the 10th House of Representatives.

    They highlighted that the performance of the member representing Bende Federal Constituency is exceptional, and the nation needs men like him in higher leadership positions. The Association further congratulated the representative for the well-deserved nomination.

    Sir,
    LETTER OF APPRECIATION/CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE
    On behalf of the leadership of NANS Zone F (Southeast ), we bring you patriotic greetings in the spirit of Aluta Struggle coupled with our collective efforts geared towards the betterment of our Educational system in Nigeria.
    As the Zonal secretariat and Abia Representative, I kindly write to officially appreciate the National Working Committee of your party for the zoning office of the Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives of the 10th National Assembly and for also deeming it worthy in choosing one of our most refined Rep.Member, very productive and our illustrious Son, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, the spokesperson of the 9th National Assembly and member Elect of the 10th National Assembly representing the good and hardworking people of Bende Federal Constituency.
    Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu has performed beyond expectations within his first term in office, outperforming some of his colleagues that have served up to a third term in office, being the spokesperson of the 9th National Assembly, he has shown capacity, and maximum representation, and has positively discharged all his legislative and oversight functions.
    While we join all well-meaning Abians,  Nigerians, and all lovers of good Governance to officially congratulate him, we are very optimistic that he will use his good office as the incoming Deputy Speaker of the 10th National Assembly in attracting more developmental strides in Abia State, more innovative skills acquisition, empowerments for the youths and promotion of our Educational system in the country at large.
