Spokesperson of the House of Representatives and Member Representing Bende Federal Constituency, Rep. Benjamin Kalu has expressed sadness over the death of the House Member-elect, Hon. Ismaila Yushau Maihanci.
Rep. Kalu in his condolence message commiserated with his immediate family and constituents of jalingo/Yorro/Zing Fed. Constituency of Taraba State whom he was set to represent describing his untimely death as a very unfortunate incident.
He prayed for comfort and fortitude as they bear this painful loss.
The statement reads;
It is saddening to learn about the death of House Member-elect for the 10th Assembly from Taraba State, Hon. Ismaila Yushau Maihanci at the age of 37.
I commiserate with the people of Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal Constituency who Hon. Maihanci was set to represent over this painful occurrence.
My thoughts and prayers are with his immediate family, friends and constituents. May the almighty grant them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and may his soul rest in peace.
