The Member representing Bende Federal Constituency and Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Rep. Benjamin Kalu and his wife today celebrate the 17th anniversary of their marriage.
The lawmaker took to his Facebook page to celebrate his wife and appreciate God for 17 years of grace and blessings on their union. He wrote:
“It has been 17 years of God’s grace, mercies and blessings and we are grateful Lord. It takes a strong woman to be my wife and this one I found is a power bank . Thanks for being a godly woman and the pillar. Bende people are proud of your sacrifices.
God has been kind to us as we look forward to a longer deeper walk with Him and each other. I love you Nwanyioma. Happy 17th wedding Anniversary”
Rep. Kalu who has always celebrated this day with an Empowerment program in Bende for the last 19 years stated that this year will be a bit different as the Empowerment program/TownHall is set to hold on the 14th of January 2023.
The couple is blessed with five beautiful children.
