As Nigeria celebrates her 62nd year as an Independent nation, the Spokesperson of the House of Representatives and Member representing Bende Federal Constituency has urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and steadfast with efforts to surmount that challenges facing the nation.
In a congratulatory message, the Spokesperson stated that this celebration offers the nation another opportunity to reflect on the journey of so far and the way forward with focus on good leadership.
He emphasized that the country can only overcome its challenges when the citizens come together in one spirit of unity and peace participating in activities that advance nation building.
While appreciating his constituents, the people of Bende Federal Constituency for their love and support, he assured them of his readiness to do much more than he has already done in his first three years in office, urging them to participate actively in the general elections to ensure their voices are heard by voting leaders with integrity and capacity who will lead not just the constituency but the nation forward.

HAPPY 62nd INDEPENDENCE DAY, NIGERIA
Today marks our 62nd Independence anniversary celebration as a Nation, a moment of introspection on the nationhood journey so far on good leadership.
Regardless of the challenges that confront us, we must not lose hope or fall short in our efforts to surmount our struggles and this must be in unity and peace.
As we commemorate this special day, I urge patriotic Nigerians who acknowledge that this is the one place we can truly call home, to become actively involved in advancing our nation-building through democracy and most especially participating in electing credible leaders who have what it takes to effect visible transformations in our nation.
This moment of celebration offers me the opportunity to reaffirm my dedication to the mandate given to me by the good people of Bende Federal Constituency, whose love and support I have enjoyed while discharging my duty of delivering the dividends of democracy.
The journey ahead will require men and women of integrity, capacity, and a heart for the people to deliver quality leadership. May I urge us all to earnestly prepare for the forthcoming elections and ensure our voices are heard by voting in credible and proven leaders who can lead Bende forward. On this day I present my self once more to represent the good people of Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State asking that you find me worthy to continue the good work we started in 2019 till date.
