On behalf of the entire people of Bende Federal Constituency, I celebrate my very good friend and a distinguished leader, Dr. Uche Ogah, the Honourable Minister of State for Mines and Steel as he turns 51.
Dr. Ogah, a man of compassion, with the fear of God and love for humanity in his heart, continues to represent in his concern for Abia, a devotion to the people that renders him a remarkable asset to Abia State.
