House spokesperson and member representing Bende Federal Constituency, Rep. Benjamin Kalu, has congratulated Paul Ikonne on his recent appointment as the Executive Secretary of the National Agriculture Land Development Authority (NALDA), remarking that his appointment is testament to the fine quality of the men and women of Abia extraction.
In his letter of congratulation dated May 24, the legislator promised to work with the new Executive Secretary for the benefit of Abia State.
